Did Not Receive Purchased item OR Gacha Prize?

If you did not receive a gacha prize or purchase after paying or paying the machine, please do the following.

Go to  https://secondlife.com and log in to your account.

Click on this link: http://tinyurl.com/transactionshistory

Select the date you played the gacha machine or made a purchase and copy the transaction ID #

Create a NC titled with your name and missing gacha prize and send that number to me, Stasey Oller, and I will happily send you your purchased item or you gacha prize.

Please do not ask for a specific prize/color, you will not get it. All gacha prize wins are tracked by a system called EV2 and it tells me which prize you won. However, if there is an error in the system, I will send you your gacha prize at random.

Please Do Not Contact me about any deliveries OR failed deliveries without first sending me your transaction history. I will not be able to help you without you first doing so.
